Roger Tashjian

Roger Tashjian, along with Kelly Weber, is the co-founder of the SEG - Woodcliff Lake Team. Their goal is to create the most sophisticated, customer focused, real estate team using the latest marketing strategies and employing the newest technology in order to maximize clients’ value.

Roger holds both a NJ & NY real estate license and is a licensed Mortgage Officer.

Born and raised in Oradell, Roger has a deep knowledge of the Bergen County marketplace. His commitment to the region is supported by the community. He is currently a fourth term Councilman in Oradell and formerly served 5 years on the River Dell Regional High School Board of Education that serves both the Oradell and River Edge communities.

Outside of the local community, Roger also was recently appointed as Chairman to the Board of Directors for Affinity Federal Credit Union, the largest New Jersey based financial co-operative. He firmly believes in their mission “To improve the financial lives of its members and the communities they serve.” Prior to serving Affinity, Roger also was a board member for the Partnership of Drug-Free New Jersey.

In addition to co-founding the SEG - Woodcliff Lake Team, Roger is also the Principal/Founder of 201 Marketing and Media, an award winning advertising agency that consistently ranked in the top 15 largest agencies in the state. He also is an Adjunct Professor of Business at Lehigh University.

Roger resides in Oradell with his wife, Jennifer, a third grade teacher at Oradell Public School and their two children – Matthew, and Olivia. Roger holds both a B.S. in Finance and Marketing and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University.
